Back in February Daryl, Riley, and I took a snowy hike out to Source Lake.
We passed a couple groups: two families closer to the trailhead, a group of four about halfway in, and a couple with skis. It was so peaceful out. I love how quiet hiking in the snow is.
Waiting to May to write a post about a hike in February is not ideal. I didn’t take any notes about the hike, so all those mental notes I made have vanished.
My very favorite winter hike beer.
We saw a parent and kid skiing down to the lake. It was fun to watch them pick their lines down.
I love hiking with our little family. <3
Today’s adventure took place on land stolen from the Snoqualmie, Tulalip, Duwamish, and Puget Sound Salish.
